I was able to get the website completed using HTML5,CSS3, JS and Bootstrap Frameworks. Created the video in final cut studio pro.
The forum is using Discourse Forum system as the framework. I added discord integration so that all of the community discord servers are notified if there is a post. It has been simplified a great deal from the previous iteration of the server!
